    • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged straight out of the box, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately upon receipt.
    • Product Failure: In the case of a product failure or defect (e.g., screen or computer malfunction), you are eligible for a refund or replacement, provided the damage was not caused by improper use or customer actions.
  2. Conditions

    • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be in the original condition as received, with no signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.
    • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  3. Return Process

Please note that refunds or replacements are not provided for products damaged due to customer misuse.
